This program is for managers, business owners, and Senior leaders ready to take their leadership to the next level. This 3 month program is for anyone who feels stuck in their current situation, overwhelmed by the choices in front of them, uncertain of next steps and how to create what they really want.
Coaching is a toolset and a platform that allows people to create greater clarity on the things they want and the steps and strategy to get there. In a great coaching relationship, people come to understand that they have all the answers they are seeking- the coach is merely a facilitator for this understanding to take place. Coaches are unbiased, non judgemental observers that see the patterns, barriers and beliefs that limit individual and organizational success.
In a 2014 study, reported by the Centre for Creative Leadership, people receiving coaching were seen as significantly more effective, satisfied in their jobs and inspiring to others to make an extra effort after being coached, whereas a similar group that did not receive coaching did not make any significant changes in the same time period. Others have found coaching increases goal attainment, well-being and improvement in constructive leadership styles and improvements in overall leadership effectiveness
