Maureen is passionate about helping people who are experiencing seriously difficult times in their lives. The concept of resilience, which can be thought of as a muscle to be developed each time we bounce back stronger from adversity has always been an area of interest to her.

Maureen’s 25 year career in health care, her formal education in leadership, and her experience supporting her own family through mental health and addictions issues have had strong influences in her approach to facilitation.  Specializing in communication, assertiveness, compassion, boundaries, conflict, and navigating complex systems, Maureen is passionate about helping people change patterns of behaviour that no longer serve them.

Maureen is a sought after facilitator and coach and a 7 year instructor at the SAIT School of Business.

The reality is that the only way change comes is when you lead by example.
